This report highlights the integration of Work-Based Learning (WBL) components into ARISA learning programmes. It presents examples of effective WBL practices from the ARISA partners, focusing on embedding hands-on, real-world learning experiences to equip learners with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills for AI roles such as Data Analysts, Machine Learning Engineers, Natural Language Processing Engineers, Business Decision-makers, and Policymakers. The report offers recommendations for implementing scalable WBL elements to foster skilling, reskilling, and upskilling across diverse contexts, supporting transnational and cross-institutional collaboration.
