This report outlines the methodological journey from the Needs Analysis Report to the identification and definition of LOs, focusing on AI practitioners, policy- and decision-makers, and AI advisors. The outcomes of this report complement the skill-mapping and validation process outlined in the ARISA project and align with the overarching European AI Skills Strategy framework.
